15 brix
This years harvest was the latest we have ever had. An unusually cold and rainy summer nearly resulted in unripe fruit but a warm and sunny September turned things around and produced a healthy harvest. Compared to previous years the bunches were more uniformly ripe. 15 brix is about what could be expected considering the growing season we had.
