Boiled 75 min vs 60 last time

Mashed at 150f

Dry hopped starting at fermentation with 0.5oz Saaz & 0.5oz Hallertau / 5 gallons. 10 gallons was left w/out dry hop

Fermented in the 40’s, no sulfur production
