Notes:

Mashed at 150f

Fermented in the 40’s, strong sulfur production 5 days in, strong foamy krausen on day 1.

Beautiful resinous hop flavor by week 3. really great. light sweetness from the corn.

week 4 the hop flavor turned to bitterness. Think i’d like to push the hopping back a bit so the 5 minute at 0 minute and the 0 minute as dry hopping.
